Congratulations to Greg Berthelot on winning the 2025 Baton Rouge Open at BREC’s Santa Maria Golf Course.

Playing in the second last group on Sunday, Greg followed up his opening one under par 71 with a three under par 69 for a four under par 140 total and a two-stroke victory. Jeremy Gautreaux (71-71-142), Jason Humphries (70-72-142), and first round leader Alston Manne (69-73-142) tied for second place two strokes behind Greg Berthelot. They were in contention on the 36th hole, but Greg’s birdie on the last put catching him out of reach.Ross Davis (76-68-144) had the low score on Sunday to jump up the leaderboard and finish in solo fifth place at even par for the tournament. Austin Watts (70-76-146) finished in sixth place. A group of players including Chad Braud, Brayden Seguin, Parker Johnson, and Mark Bienvenu rounded out the top ten finishing at three over par 147. Fifty-five players managed to avoid the rain in the area to complete 18 holes. Alston Manne holds a one stroke lead after posting a three under par 69. Austin Watts, Jason Humphries, and Mark Bienvenu are one shot back at two under par 70. Jeremy Gautreaux and Greg Berthelot are two shots back at one under par 71. Fifteen more players posted rounds between 73 and 76 and will look to improve their position up during Sunday’s final round.
