Pass Plans
Pass plans are available for purchase at all BREC golf courses. Cash, check, Mastercard, Visa and American Express accepted.
BREC Golf is committed to offering quality golf at affordable rates. These Pass Plans are offered with that commitment in mind. There are a variety of options based on the courses offered and the days of the week that the Pass Plan applies. We hope that you will find a Pass Plan that works for you.
PASS VALIDITY PERIODS:
Annual: Valid for 365 days from date of purchase.
6-month: Valid for 183 days
3-month: Valid for 92 days
PASS TYPES:
Family Pass: Includes member, spouse, and children ages 8–17 living in the same household
Senior Pass: Available for ages 55+
Senior Couple Pass: Both pass holders must be 55+
Junior Pass: Available for ages 8–17 (BREC junior age rules and regulations apply).
ANNUAL PASS POLICIES & RESTRICTIONS:
- Cart fees are not included in the price of the annual pass. Cart is not included unless cart plan is purchased. (See Cart Plan Below)
- Annual pass card must be presented in pro shop prior to all play and for applicable discounts.
- Annual pass is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. Refunds or extensions to the annual pass term due to special circumstances (relocation or medical conditions) must be approved by the Golf Director.
- Annual pass infers no rights or privileges over daily fee golfers, course operation or policy. There are no special tee time privileges included with annual passes.
- Tournament, special event and league fees not included with passes.
- University students, faculty, and staff may purchase 3-month, 6-month, or Annual Passes at the Senior pass rates. Requires presentation of a current college Student or Faculty/Staff ID.
ALL GOLFERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE BALL THEY HIT WHILE ON BREC GOLF COURSE PROPERTY.

USGA/LGA handicap fees includes in annual plan only. Santa Maria annual pass-holders are entitled to a 15% discount on non-sale pro shop merchandise and food and beverage-excluding alcohol.
Cart Plans
Individual Cart Plan Includes 70 Cart Rentals – $800
Senior Annual Cart Plan – $1,000
Senior Couple Annual Cart Plan – $1,500
Pass and Cart Plans are available for purchase at all BREC golf courses.
RULES + REGULATIONS:
- Cart plan applicable at all 5 BREC golf courses.
- All golfers must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license to purchase a cart plan and operate golf cart.
- The golf cart operator is liable for any damages or injuries that occur while operating the golf cart.
- The Individual Cart Plan is valid for (70) 18 hole cart rentals and does
not expire. - Individual cart plan includes golf cart privileges for cart plan-holder only. Playing partners must pay normal cart rental fees to ride with a cart plan-holder.
- The Senior Annual Cart Plan is valid for 365 days from date of purchase. Must be 55 years old to purchase.
- Senior Couple Cart Plan includes cart privileges for both adult planholders. Playing partners must pay normal cart rental fees to ride with a cart plan-holder.
- There are no special tee time privileges included with cart plan.
- All cart plans are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Refunds or extensions to the annual cart plan term due to special circumstances (relocation or medical conditions) must be approved by the Golf Director.
- BREC staff reserves the right to minimize golf cart usage on the course at any time. The golf course manager or his/her designated representative may restrict or prohibit the use of golf carts when such use would be detrimental to the condition of the golf course.
- All cart plan-holders must abide by the BREC golf cart policy and all BREC Golf rules and regulations.
- All cart plans infer no rights or privileges over daily fee golfers,
course operation or policy.
