Pass Plans
Pass plans are available for purchase at all BREC golf courses
BREC Golf is committed to offering quality golf at affordable rates. These Pass Plans are offered with that commitment in mind. There are a variety of options based on the courses offered and the days of the week that the Pass Plan applies. We hope that you will find a Pass Plan that works for you.
- All annual green fee passes are valid for 365 days from date of purchase.
- Cart fees are not included in the price of the annual green fee passes. (See Cart Plan Below)
- There are no special tee time privileges included with annual passes.
- Practicing on the course, either before or after a round of golf is not allowed.
- Family annual passes include member, spouse, and any children between the ages of 8-17 residing in the same household.
- Senior Couple passes include member & spouse residing in the same household. Member & spouse must both be age 55 or older.
- Senior annual passes are available for persons over the age of 55.
- Junior annual passes are available for persons 8-17 years old. (BREC Junior age rules and regulations apply).
- Tournament play, League play, and special event fees not included with passes.
- Course availability is not gauranteed. Courses will closed for scheduled events and maintenance.
- All-Courses pass include USGA handicap services.
- All-Courses annual pass-holders are entitled to a 15% discount on food and beverage (excluding alcohol).
- All-Courses annual pass-holders are entitled to a 15% discount on non-sale pro shop merchandise.

Rules & Regulations
Cart plans apply at all BREC golf courses.
The Individual Cart Plan is valid for seventy 18-hole cart rentals, and does not expire.
The Senior Annual Cart plan is valid for 365 days from date of purchase. Must be 60 years old to purchase.
Family annual passes include member, spouse, and any children between the ages of 8-17 residing in the same household. Senior Couple passes include member & spouse residing in the same household. Senior Couple member & spouse must both be age 55 or older.
BREC Cart plans include use of a golf cart only when playing an authorized round of golf. Plans do not include golf cart use when visiting a driving range or use on a golf course before play begins or ends. Practicing on the golf course, either before or after a round of golf is not allowed.
There are no special tee time privileges included with cart plan.
All golfers must have a valid driver’s license to purchase a cart plan.
Refunds or extensions to the annual cart plan term due to special circumstances (relocation or medical conditions) must be approved by the Golf Director.
The golf cart operator is liable for any damages or injuries that occur while operating the golf cart.
The golf course manager or his/her designated representative may restrict or prohibit the use of golf carts when such use would be detrimental to the condition of the golf course.
Individual cart plan includes golf cart privileges for cart plan-holder only. Playing partners must pay normal cart rental fees to ride with a cart plan-holder.
The family or senior couple cart plan includes cart privileges for both adult plan-holders. Playing partners must pay normal cart rental fees to ride with a family or senior couple cart plan-holder.
BREC staff reserves the right to minimize golf cart usage on the course at any time. Two golfers playing together only need one cart. A group of four golfers is restricted to using two golf carts
The BREC age restriction to operate a golf cart is 18 and older. Therefore, children under the family cart plan may not operate a golf cart. They may ride with their parents but only within the normal two persons per cart regulation.
All cart plan-holders must abide by the BREC golf cart policy and all BREC Golf rules and regulations.
All cart plans are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by the Golf Director.
All cart plans infer no rights or privileges over daily fee golfers.
All cart plans infer no rights over course operation or policy.
Pass plans are available for purchase at all BREC golf courses.
ALL GOLFERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE BALL THEY HIT WHILE ON BREC GOLF COURSE PROPERTY.
